The Operations Manager is responsible for leading large groups of people, managing client relationships and developing strategies to meet corporate goals. A strong background in Business Management/Administration or equivalent experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals in a fast-paced contact center environment.
  • Develop and implement effective client strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate and resolve complex client issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and site management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance and productivity.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a related field, including 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and build strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in facilitation and customer relationship management.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Management/Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in International Voice environments, preferably with Outbound experience.

This role requires adaptability, flexibility and a high level of professionalism.
