About the Team

Meesho's Monetization team is responsible for developing innovative strategies that unlock value for users and drive revenue growth. As a Manager - Strategy & Operations, you'll be part of a dynamic group that empowers suppliers across India to grow their businesses online.

We're a team of 25+ professionals who collaborate closely with Product, Finance, Business Growth, and Analytics teams to create exciting features and drive business outcomes. Our flexible working timings and fun activities outside work make for a great work-life balance.

About the Role

As a Manager - Monetization, you'll work closely with team leaders to solve business-critical problems. You'll identify key issues, set priorities, develop solutions, and drive implementation across various projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a strategic partner and advisor to the Monetization team
  • Ownership of end-to-end goals and execution
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders for strategic initiatives
  • Framing strategic documents for problem discovery, exploration, and solutions
  • Creating and structuring monthly review documents for senior management
  • Supporting team senior management in problem-solving tasks and discussions
  • Researching and recommending new launch strategies across business functions
  • Developing and maintaining systems and processes to streamline operations across the business team

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of total work experience with at least 2+ years in consulting firms
  • Experience in startups/tech companies in similar roles is an advantage
  • Proven problem-solving and project management skills
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills
  • An MBA degree is preferable
