Job Title: Python Programmer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Programmer to join our team at Aricent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, experience with MySQL and Flask, and a solid understanding of software development life cycle and engineering process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop end-to-end solutions using Python, including capacity planning, requirement gathering, and effort estimations.
  • Develop scalable code using Python programming language and integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.
  • Test and debug applications, develop back-end components, and integrate data storage solutions.
  • Assess and prioritize client feature requests, drive adoption of Cloud technology for data processing and warehousing, and experience with developing and deploying web applications on the cloud.
  • Work with multiple databases, especially with NoSQL world, and have a strong understanding of building REST APIs/Micro services architecture.
  • Have advanced level knowledge of software development life cycle and engineering process, and excellent command over English in written, spoken communication, and strong presentation skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Lean development methods using Scrum and knowledge of R or any other Statistical Programming Language is a plus.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of total IT experience with 2+ years of experience in Python programming.
  • Hands-on experience in Python, MySQL, and Flask.
  • Strong programming background with expertise in Python.
  • Ability to program and guide team members on technical aspects, craft documents that can explain complex ideas in simple terms, and coordinate with development teams to determine application requirements.
