Digital Sales Leadership Role for Innovative Agency

Established in India, Yellodrive Marketing is a fast-growing digital marketing agency that specializes in delivering innovative solutions to help businesses achieve their online goals. With a focus on creativity, data-driven strategies, and client satisfaction, we have become a leading player in the digital marketing industry.
This full-time role is based in Noida and Dehradun and is responsible for managing day-to-day tasks associated with performance marketing and management, team leadership, web analytics, and utilizing analytical skills to drive growth and manage client relationships.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in digital sales to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of proven track record in delivering results in the D2C space.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of product sales managers and inbound sales representatives to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Create a vertical-wise sales roadmap with clearly defined Revenue, P&L, and Strategic value to meet annual sales goals.
- Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve their targets and monitor progress, reviewing account-wise product usage metrics.
- Acquire new clients by identifying and targeting potential B2B and B2C businesses, developing strategies to acquire new clients for our digital marketing services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, including revenue and client acquisition goals.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to effectively communicate the value of our services to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our digital marketing capabilities and the benefits of working with Yellodrive Marketing.
- Create sales collateral, proposals, and contracts to support the sales process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless D2C operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹20-40 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
