Medical Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Care Specialist to join our clinical team.

This specialist will be responsible for conducting patient consultations, reviewing medical histories, and ensuring accurate documentation. They will also oversee IV infusions and regenerative therapy administration, while supporting physicians in minor procedures and surgical preparation when needed.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent counseling skills, able to explain complex medical concepts simply and empathetically. They will also have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough consultations and reviews of medical histories
  • Oversight of IV infusion and regenerative therapy administration
  • Supporting physicians in minor procedures and surgical preparation
  • Education and counseling of patients on treatment plans and protocols
  • Addressing patient queries and concerns
  • Ensuring accurate EMR documentation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BHMS, BAMS, or MBBS degree with valid registration under relevant council (MCI/State Council)
  • 3-7 years of clinical experience with hands-on expertise in IV cannulation
  • Exposure to ICU/critical care environments and emergency management protocols
  • Experience assisting in surgical or procedural setups
