Job Title: Site Leadership and Master Plan Deployment ManagerAre you a results-driven leader looking to drive performance governance and management at a site level?

As a Site Leadership and Master Plan Deployment Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving the implementation of the site Master Plan for Malt plant, HBS, and IMFL packaging hall. You will set objectives and priorities and lead the change management processes for the department as part of the site leadership team.

Key Objectives:
  • Develop and drive the implementation of the site Master Plan for Malt plant, HBS, and IMFL packaging hall & at a departmental level.
  • Set objectives and priorities and lead the change management processes for the department as part of the site leadership team.
  • Maintain alignment between all parts of the site's supply chain by coordinating all departments to work together in Master Plan deployment.
  • Lead and support all departments in implementing Manufacturing Management System (MMS) practices to meet their broad plans.
  • Coach managers to develop teams at all levels to produce performance results through the Master Plan practices as part of the site steering committee and implementation task forces.
People Management and Development:

As a Site Leadership and Master Plan Deployment Manager, you will also be responsible for people management and development. This includes developing team members against role capabilities and ensuring effective implementation of Master Plan training & development programmes by aligning site/line management.

  • Managerial Leadership: Develop team members against role capabilities and ensure effective implementation of Master Plan training & development programmes by aligning site/line management.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Coordinate Master Plan TOT and evaluation programmes to maintain consistency of approach and ensure alignment with Diageo Capability programme.
