Job Overview:

The Assistant Store Manager role entails overseeing the day-to-day retail operations of a luxury boutique. Key objectives include enhancing commercial performance, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To drive sales revenue and maximize profitability
  • To deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • To convert project business through effective interior design collaborations
  • To maintain high standards of customer service and in-store experience
  • To ensure all necessary reports, inventory, and visual merchandising align with brand guidelines
  • To expand the high net individual database by collecting, updating, and maintaining customer information
  • To develop strategies to attract new customers and foster repeat business from existing clientele
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Sales or Retail Sales
  • 4+ years of retail sales operational experience with luxury/Premium Brands
  • Fluent English and Hindi language skills
  • Skills:
    • Organized and process-oriented
    • Brand image concerned
    • Ability to write reports
    • Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Comfortable handling a multinational environment
    • Strong computer and analytical skills
