Job Description:

Alight is seeking a highly skilled Country Payroll Compliance Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining local payroll country standards, maintaining compliance, and supporting client activation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain country payroll standards in Alight Pay
  • Monitor regulatory environment and ensure changes are understood, planned, and incorporated into country payroll standards
  • Work with project management team in activation of new customers to the tool
  • Review account status and participate in service review meetings with the client
  • Support country payroll teams in running payroll and providing tier 1 support and triage for all technical questions and problems

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (written, oral)
  • Advanced level of Excel
  • Country payroll and legislation expertise
  • HR Consulting, payroll, and outsourcing industry experience
  • Implementation knowledge and experience
