Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Administrative Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day administration of our ICCS offices, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of administrative staff to provide exceptional support to our clients.
  2. Oversee facility management, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  3. Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  4. Communicate effectively with senior management, staff, and clients to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  1. 8-10 years of experience in administration or a related field.
  2. Immediate – 15 days notice period.
  3. Soft spoken, pleasing personality, and excellent communication skills.
