The Senior Healthcare Operations Manager is accountable for the overall performance of a healthcare facility, driving revenue, customer experience, and operational excellence.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive sales, ensure compliance, and deliver a superior client experience aligned with brand standards.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business & Sales Growth
- Deliver healthcare facility revenue and profitability targets.
- Drive sales through consultations, upselling, cross-selling, and service bundling.
- Track daily/weekly MIS and ensure KPIs are met.
- Operations & Service Excellence
- Ensure smooth functioning of all healthcare services (slimming, beauty, dermatology, wellness).
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Oversee inventory, billing, and cash management processes.
- Team Leadership
- Manage, coach, and motivate the healthcare team (centre staff, slimming heads, beauty heads, counselors).
- Conduct regular reviews and performance appraisals.
- Build a culture of accountability, service, and sales focus.
- Customer Experience
- Ensure every client receives a consistent, high-quality experience.
- Resolve escalations and ensure high NPS & client retention.
- Implement loyalty and referral programs.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Adhere to company SOPs and statutory requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and reviews.
- Provide regular performance updates to regional leadership.
- Business Development
- Build local tie-ups (RWAs, corporates, gyms, wellness camps) for footfall generation.
- Partner with marketing & BTL teams for city-specific activations.
