Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, build and maintain our AWS cloud infrastructure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Redshift, ECS, Route 53, Load Balancers, Auto Scaling, Cost Explorer and other services.
  • Develop and implement skills in AWS services including Terraform and CloudFormation for automated infrastructure setup.
  • Set up ECS/EKS clusters, configure deployments and implement performance-based scaling.
  • Configure and manage AWS IAM roles, policies and user groups for secure access.
  • Setup and manage RDS databases (MySQL, Redshift, PostgreSQL, MariaDB) and intranet user access.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues and optimize network configurations using VPC, Subnets, Security Groups, NAT Gateways, Internet Gateways, Route 53, WAF and others.
  • DevOps and CI/CD processes using Bitbucket/GitHub for pipeline creation and familiar with ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Jira.
  • Monitor AWS environments using tools such as New Relic, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana and others.
  • Document SOPs, create knowledge bases and maintain technical documentation for effective collaboration.
