As a key member of the ProArch team, the Senior Inside Sales Lead will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

This role requires a seasoned professional who can build impactful relationships with key stakeholders, drive ProArch's growth imperatives, and achieve revenue and performance goals.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling introductory meetings with decision-makers
  • Identifying and penetrating new business opportunities
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop new approaches to driving revenue

Requirements include 6+ years of experience in relevant IT services, a strong understanding of business trends, and the ability to think outside the box in terms of communication methods and prospect research.
