Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL processes for financial data integration.
  • Collaborate with finance and business teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Manage cross-functional projects by defining success criteria, engaging stakeholders, and outlining necessary steps for project success.
  • Develop and implement dashboards providing stakeholders with financial metrics for business analysis and decision-making.
  • Present data-driven insights to executive leadership through compelling presentations and actionable recommendations.
  • Provide technical support, training, and documentation to end-users on financial data tools and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or math-based discipline, or equivalent practical experience required.
  • Minimum of 12 years of data analytics experience (8 years with a master's degree).
  • Expert-level knowledge of SQL, including window functions and CTEs.
  • Advanced experience working with a BI tool, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Demonstrated experience conceptualizing and managing complex cross-functional projects.
  • Hands-on experience with data pipelines and/or ETL processes.
  • Experience with SingleStore is a plus.
