Job Overview

Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Success Manager. This position will be responsible for implementing and managing customer success programs to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal teams to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Collaborate with customer teams to implement software and features, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  • Define and communicate vision, goals, and strategies to align teams and drive success.
  • Manage program and project teams to optimize return-on-investment and coordinate cross-project initiatives.
  • Understand site processes and provide solutions digitally through software products.
  • Command training and setup/configuration processes.
  • Identify and troubleshoot problems remotely through periodic customer review meets.
  • Handle user engagement, planning, and execution.
  • Track product use and impact on end-users.
  • Meet with customers to gather information and feedback.
  • Provide product demonstrations to users and customers.
  • Establish a strong connection with clients through innovative thought processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute with relevant work experience.
  • Understanding of SaaS product implementation processes.
  • Understanding of construction processes.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera/MS Project).
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with multiple priorities.
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
