We are seeking an experienced Digital Healthcare SEO Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic growth for our website.

The Digital Healthcare SEO Strategist will oversee the following key responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy Development:
  • Design and implement tailored SEO strategies for the healthcare and e-commerce sectors.
  • Define SEO objectives in alignment with business goals, including organic traffic growth, SERP ranking improvements, and conversion optimization.
  • Keyword Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and content opportunities.
  • Analyze competitors' strategies to identify potential keyword gaps and market opportunities.
  • On-Page Optimization:
  • Optimize website pages, including meta titles, descriptions, headers, and content structure for target keywords.
  • Improve internal linking structure, URL optimization, and on-page elements to boost SERP rankings.
  • Collaborate with content writers to ensure content is aligned with SEO best practices and target keywords.
  • Technical SEO:
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site performance (e.g., page speed, crawl errors, indexing issues).
  • Coordinate with web development teams to implement structured data, mobile-friendliness, and other technical SEO elements.
  • Monitor and address issues related to website architecture, duplicate content, and website speed optimization.
  • Off-Page SEO & Link Building:
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and backlink profile.
  • Foster relationships with industry-related websites, influencers, and other stakeholders to build high-quality backlinks.
  • Monitor and analyze backlink profile, identifying opportunities for improvement and disavowing harmful links.
  • Content Strategy & Optimization:
  • Oversee the development of content that aligns with SEO strategy and enhances brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality blog posts, product descriptions, and landing pages optimized for search engines.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and key performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
  • Use SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to generate insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports, including actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Competitive & Algorithm Analysis:
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to ensure SEO strategies align with best practices.
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify market trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration & Team Management:
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and web development teams to integrate SEO strategies across all digital channels.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, helping them develop their SEO skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in SEO, with a strong background in e-commerce and healthcare.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret and leverage data to make strategic decisions and improvements.
  • Knowledge of Web Technologies: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they affect SEO.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt SEO strategies based on algorithm updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
