About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our IT infrastructure and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for standard and low-complexity incidents and service requests.
- Monitor and manage the integrated display-based video conferencing systems at our offices and the audio-video setup at CR-2, Mumbai.
- Perform daily monitoring and management of the VC systems, including facilitation of end-users in joining meetings, preventive maintenance of devices, and coordination with vendors.
- Conduct dry runs of the VC solution at our offices and submit daily checklist reports to the local IT Cell officials.
- Provide onsite support during online meetings through cloud or on-premises video conferencing.
- Maintain a log of meetings and submit it to the IT Cell for analysis and information.
- Change consumable parts in a timely manner and maintain confidentiality conditions laid out by the Bank.
- Display identity cards with photos from the company and submit weekly pending calls reports to the local IT Cell officials.
- Maintain a monthly downtime report for the overall VC solution or VC device at any given location across the Bank.
- Submit detailed RCA for all downtime incidents within 24 hours.
Requirements
- Entry-level experience with troubleshooting and providing support in security, network, data center, systems, and storage administration and monitoring services within a medium to large ICT organization.
- Basic knowledge of management agents, redundancy concepts, and products within the supported technical domain.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
- Certifications relevant to the services provided (certifications carry additional weightage on a candidate's qualification for the role).
