About the RoleWe are seeking a Product Development Director to drive the development and enhancement of our product ecosystem. This is a leadership role that requires a blend of technical expertise, team management, and product-oriented thinking.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of product management principles and user-centric development. They will be able to translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead a team of developers to deliver scalable tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements and prioritize the product roadmap.
- Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives and user needs.
Technical Leadership:
- Oversee the architecture, design, and development of scalable tech solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and ensure best practices are followed.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring clear communication and efficient task delegation.
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
Project Execution:
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources for multiple ongoing projects.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, ensuring timely delivery.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and monitor robust testing processes to maintain high product quality.
- Ensure the platform's reliability, performance, and security.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as the liaison between the tech team and other departments to ensure smooth communication.
- Present technical updates and insights to senior management.
Estimated Salary: ₹1200,000 - ₹1800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
- Experience in the travel or e-commerce industry is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of accountability.
