The Opportunity
Our client, a leading integrated transport and logistics company, is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual to join their team as a Customer Experience Expert. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role, preferably within the Transport & Logistics industry or from any industry.
The Role
The Customer Experience Expert will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing multiple stakeholders, and working in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include customer channel management, case management, customer onboarding and relationship management, contract and dispute management, and other related tasks.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role.
- Is adaptable and thrives in changing environments.
- Is highly goal-driven and works well in fast-paced environments.
- Is a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
