Job Title: Customer Service Advocate
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Advocate to join our team at SMI Staffing Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via various channels to resolve their inquiries and issues
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding our products and services
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet customer needs
- Enter data into our systems with precision and accuracy
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates and experienced professionals are welcome to apply
- At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates residing within 15 kilometers of Nanakramguda are preferred
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks efficiently
