Job Title: BigFix Administrator

At Coders Brain Technology Private Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled BigFix Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 10 years of experience in managing and supporting BigFix environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and administer the BigFix environment to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain BigFix components, including the BigFix Server, Console, and Clients.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to BigFix operations.
  • Implement and manage security patches, updates, and compliance initiatives across endpoints.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement BigFix policies and procedures.
  • Provide support and training to end-users and team members on BigFix functionalities.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to endpoint management and security.
Qualifications:
  • 4 to 10 years of experience as a BigFix Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of BigFix architecture, components, and deployment methodologies.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and reporting.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as endpoint management.
  • Familiarity with IT security practices and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with other endpoint management tools.
  • ITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL processes.
  • Relevant certifications in BigFix or endpoint management.
