At MM Management Consultant, we are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Lubricant Additives Business Development Manager.

We offer a competitive salary of ₹9.5 Lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving market growth and revenue within the lubricant additives industry. Key responsibilities include developing and expanding the market for lubricant additives, managing and nurturing existing customer relationships, and creating and submitting accurate sales forecasts.

To succeed in this role, you will possess substantial experience in the lubricant or chemical industry, with a proven track record of sales success and a deep understanding of the market landscape. Strong industry knowledge, preferably in lubricants or another chemical sector, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand the market for lubricant additives.
  • Manage and nurture existing customer relationships, ideally within the lubricant industry, or bring strong relationships from other relevant chemical segments.
  • Create and submit accurate sales forecasts on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis, effectively managing a sales pipeline.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, including competitor activities, competing products, and identifying market threats and opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech in Chemical Engineering or M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry.
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably within the lubricant or chemical industry.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing customer bases.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the lubricant or chemical market landscape, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Financial Oversight: History of effective account receivable management and customer credibility evaluation.
