
Senior Business Development Manager

As a seasoned business development professional, you will lead the expansion of our Alloy Steel operations in OEM sectors. Your key responsibility will be to drive sales and marketing initiatives for Alloy Steel in domestic markets.
Sales & Marketing
- Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth, focusing on value-added steel marketing strategies.
- Design competitive sales programs and implement effective marketing campaigns to increase product awareness.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth marketing execution and achieve business objectives.
- Launch and promote new products to support diversification and business development goals.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key clients through excellent customer support, ensuring credibility and loyalty.
- Interface with customers to understand requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Conduct customer profitability analysis and identify areas for improvement in client servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage business strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth through sales and marketing initiatives.
- Manage business operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and buyers during the negotiation process.
