Sales and Business Development Manager

Casantro, a luxury kitchens and wardrobes brand, is seeking a talented Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team.
We are headquartered in Bangalore and rapidly expanding our retail presence across India. Our target audience consists of architects and interior designers exclusively.
As a Sales and Business Development Manager at Casantro, you will be responsible for:
Main Responsibilities
- • Educating dealers about our product portfolio, including shutters, kitchen/wardrobe/storage solutions, and onboard them.
- • Conducting promotional activities to develop market adoption of Casantro products.
- • Onboarding dealers from our target segment – design studios and premium counters selling interior product ranges.
- • Ensuring an adequate number of dealers are appointed in every locality.
- • Appointing new counters and increasing share of business with existing counters.
- • Overachieving sales revenue targets by ensuring high levels of trade engagement and product awareness.
- • Collaborating with category and cross-functional teams to gather market feedback.
Requirements
- • Graduate with a minimum 4 years of experience or Postgraduate with a minimum 3 years of experience in handling dealer sales channels.
- • Experience in handling dealer channels with reputed interior industry brands like Hettich, Ebco, Greenlam, etc.
- • Connections in the Interior design studio and Architect community would be beneficial.
- • An insatiable hunger for success and sales excellence.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹40-60 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
