About the Role

Job Title: Deputy General Manager (IT-SAP Delivery Lead)

Department: IT-SAP Delivery Management

Reports to: Head IT and SAP CoE

Location: Raigarh

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with Business Users, Implementation Partners, Support Service Vendors, and location Heads
  • Coordinate and review with Module CoEs
  • Handle conflicting situations with Business and Functional Heads for delivery prioritization

Prioritizing Enhancements

  • Prioritize the development and communicate to stakeholders
  • Functional review
  • Interface with Business Users and Development Team

Project Planning and Delivery

  • Project preparation/planning for business blueprints/implementation/delivery
  • Planning and initiating kick-off meetings/steering committee meetings/project pre- and post-go-live meeting

Resource Management and Development

  • Determine resource requirements for delivering projects
  • Resource allocation/acquire resources from external sources
  • Team evaluation and resource development planning

Salary Range: ₹25 Lakhs - ₹30 Lakhs per annum

This salary estimate is based on industry standards and comparable roles in the region.
