With over 1.2 crores patients treated across India, our doctor base makes us the largest EMR software used by doctors to digitize healthcare.
Role Expectations:
The Data Scientist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy data-driven solutions. This role involves supporting the development of data-driven solutions to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with senior data scientists, data engineers, and cross-functional teams to extract actionable insights from data, build predictive models, and contribute to the overall data strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources and databases.
- Process confidential data according to guidelines.
- Implement statistical and machine learning algorithms for predictive modeling.
- Conduct model testing and validation, including performance evaluation.
- Convert business requirements into data-driven output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable engineering college.
- 2-8 years of work experience in data science, preferably in a startup.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Tableau.
- Proficiency in query languages like SQL and experience working with relational and non-relational databases like MySQL, PostGres, Presto, and Mongo.
- Proficiency in modern BI tools like Tableau.
- Understanding of Python for data preprocessing and building models using numpy, pandas, scikit, and tensorflow.
- NLP and LLM understanding is a plus.
- Basic statistics understanding.
- Previous experience with version control systems like Git.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
