About the Role:

  • We are looking for a Product Analyst to drive the analytical efforts behind our product development initiatives.
  • As a Product Analyst, you will provide actionable insights to the product team, helping guide product feature development, and ensuring that data is at the core of our decision-making process.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Product Analytics: Analyze user behavior and product performance for both web and app platforms.
    • Data Tracking & Event Management: Collaborate with the backend and engineering teams to finalize event names and ensure the correct data is captured and tracked in the database.
    • Product Experimentation: Use A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to assess the success of new product features and improvements.
    • Dashboard & Reporting: Build and maintain real-time dashboards and reports using SQL and data visualization tools (such as Looker studio / Power BI) to track key product metrics and KPIs.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for product improvements based on data.

Requirements:

  • 3-8 years of proven experience in data analytics and product analytics, ideally in a product development environment (web and mobile apps).
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Excel for querying and data manipulation.
  • Proficiency in at least one data visualization tool (Looker etc.).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and product experimentation techniques.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Understanding of web/app event tracking and data management.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

About Founders:

Ashutosh and Prasad are technology entrepreneurs who have built and run large businesses and teams. Ashutosh is the Co-founder of Myntra, and Prasad was the Chief Business Officer of Myntra, instrumental in shaping Myntra's strategy and growth over the last 4-5 years.

Both are technologists who led Myntra through industry-shaping moves, be it building a premium consumer brand, leading the way in m-commerce, or creating growth with technology and consumer experience.
