Commercial Real Estate Underwriting Associate

Wells Fargo is seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Underwriting Associate to join our team. In this role, you will participate in credit research and investigation of existing and prospective clients and counterparties under the direction of more experienced individuals within Commercial Real Estate Underwriting functional area.
Key responsibilities include reviewing basic issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, and are related to low to medium risk tasks and deliverables. You will also receive direction from supervisor and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaboration and consultation with Commercial Real Estate Underwriting managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers, are essential aspects of this role.
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of Commercial Real Estate Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
