Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Loan Disbursal Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of disbursement targets with minimal delinquency.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • To ensure timely disbursement of loans to customers
  • Identifying Joint Liability Groups and disbursing loans that suit the target customers and geographies
  • Developing and managing a team across assigned territories to drive deeper market penetration and reach
  • Assessing potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas, and opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas
  • Disbursing, repaying, and managing delinquency to achieve daily/weekly collections targets
  • Maintaining close follow-up on disbursed loans, especially those not paying on time
  • Undertaking regular field visits, centre meetings, and loan applicants
  • Maintaining portfolio quality by tracking and controlling normal dues, non-starters, delinquency, and frauds
  • BUILDING strong client relationships both internally and externally and building a strong brand identification with potential customers
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relationship management and business sourcing skills
  • A flair for sales and a strong understanding of customer service
  • Freshers to a maximum of 5 years of experience as a sales officer in microfinance business
