Job Title: ITSM Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ITSM specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for customizing ITSM applications, facilitating the rollout of new applications and modules, and configuring application UI and workflow.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with clients and stakeholders, and possess strong technical knowledge of ITSM tools and technologies.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules
  • Configure application UI and workflow
  • Interact with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and plan solutions
  • Collaborate with other ITSM administrators to develop solutions and handle updates and changes
