Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team as a Client Success Manager - SEO. This role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring that our SEO strategies are aligned with their goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO tools, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by acting as the main point of contact and managing client expectations.
  • Strategy Development and Implementation: Work closely with our SEO team to develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to client needs, leveraging data-driven insights to drive results.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and analyze SEO performance, providing regular reports to clients and making recommendations for strategy adjustments based on data analysis.
  • Problem Solving and Consulting: Address client concerns and provide strategic solutions, offering consultancy on best SEO practices and industry trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Education and Training: Educate clients on the importance of SEO and how it works, keeping them informed about changes in SEO best practices and algorithms.
  • Retention and Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling, ensuring high retention rates by delivering consistent value to clients.
  • Feedback Collection and Implementation: Gather client feedback and work with the team to implement improvements in our SEO services.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree: In IT, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience: 6+ years in SEO, digital marketing, or client management, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • SEO knowledge: Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO tools, and best practices.
  • Communication skills: Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically, with experience working with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
Preferred Skills:
  • SEO certification: A recognized SEO certification would be highly desirable.
  • Digital agency experience: Experience working in a client-facing role in a digital agency would be advantageous.
  • Technical skills: Familiarity with content management systems and SEO software like Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
