Job Overview

Thermax Limited is seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the region.

About the Role

This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align actions and ensure seamless delivery of services.

Responsibilities

* Develop and implement regional business plans to achieve sales targets
* Collaborate with sales and service teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
* 6-8 years of experience in sales engineering or a related field
* Strong understanding of engineering equipment and processes
* Excellent networking and communication skills
* Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
* Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region
