Customer Service Representative

As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by translating English content into Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand our products and services.
- Support customers through various channels, including email, social media, and phone calls.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of each interaction for future reference.
- Provide training sessions to enhance the skills of new employees.
- Offer exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers for further information or clarification.
- Take feedback from customers to improve services.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers as needed.
- Create content for the team according to marketing requirements.
- Contribute to social media and website content in Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.
- Excellent fluency in spoken and written Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English.
- Strong command over grammar and syntax in all three languages.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in providing support in Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.
- Candidates with international customer support experience via call or chat will be preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Good problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- A customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
