Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ATF Developer to join our team at Risk Resources India.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented developer to take on a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and reliability of automated testing frameworks within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop comprehensive automated test scripts for ServiceNow applications using ATF.
  • Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to gather requirements for testing.
  • Enhance existing automated test strategies to improve coverage and efficiency.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automated testing processes.
  • Create detailed documentation of testing procedures and results.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipeline for continuous delivery.
  • Maintain knowledge of best practices in ServiceNow and ATF development.
  • Adapt test automation strategies based on application changes and stakeholder feedback.
  • Conduct regular trainings and workshops for team members on automated testing.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Develop and maintain test data sets for various scenarios.
  • Debug and fix test failures in a timely manner.
  • Work with the QA team to align testing strategies.
  • Report on testing progress and communicate issues to project managers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with specialized knowledge of ATF.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and scripting languages.
  • Experience with API integrations and third-party application interactions.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in a Scrum team.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities.
  • Understanding of software testing principles and best practices.
  • Previous experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Stable background in troubleshooting and problem-solving in development environments.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learning new technologies.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer are highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
  • Experience in performance testing would be an added advantage.

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum
