Marketing Performance Specialist

 

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Performance Specialist to drive the success of our advertising campaigns across all marketplaces. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing campaign performance and increasing brand visibility.

 

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze daily campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve return on investment (ROI).
  • Develop and implement targeted strategies to optimize performance and increase brand presence.
  • Analyze key metrics such as ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sale), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and CPC (Cost Per Click).
  • Use Amazon's advertising tools and third-party analytics platforms to extract insights and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to allocate and optimize advertising budgets across multiple product lines.
  • Work with sales and product teams to align advertising goals with overall sales objectives.

 

Requirements

 

  • Essential Skills:
  • Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Ads (PPC, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.).
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on Amazon Advertising Console or similar tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
  • In-depth understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including keyword targeting, product targeting, bidding strategies, and reporting metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare reports and collaborate across teams.
