Our Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) team is the engine that powers our cloud services. As a Senior CIPE Platform Engineering Manager, you'll manage a team responsible for designing, engineering, and operating the CIPE infrastructure across our unified global datacenters. You'll work on cutting-edge technologies and projects that enable us to deliver innovative solutions and services to our customers.

With a large global portfolio of over 100 datacenters and 1 million servers, our infrastructure is a complex and dynamic system. You'll work with a team of subject matter experts to support services for over 1 billion customers and 20 million businesses in over 90 countries worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of engineers to design, build, and operate the CIPE infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of our cloud services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and solutions across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, or systems engineering.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Management Information Systems (MIS), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)/Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), or other Engineering Certifications.
