  • Drive quality deliverables and be the voice of quality
  • Demonstrate data-driven analysis and pragmatic decision-making aligned with business and technology needs
  • Evaluate immediate needs versus long-term solutions
  • Estimate tasks and work productively while showing excellent teamwork attitude
  • Provide technical guidance to test teams
  • Collaborate in product lifecycles with senior engineers, development managers, product managers, and scrum masters in an agile environment
  • Challenge yourself and your team to stay current with the latest technology trends

The selected candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in testing
  • Familiarity with Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, Maven, Jenkins, and other relevant tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A strong understanding of technical product architecture

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
  • Open-source contributions, repositories, and personal projects
  • Certifications in technology and agile methodologies
