Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager in India
About the Role:
Mindlance is seeking a motivated and passionate Sales and Business Development Professional in India to drive business growth and development in the technical staffing space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage Mindlance's global presence, MSP success stories, and service offerings to create a significant India footprint.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the technical staffing space, including GCCs and Product companies.
- Drive business vertical revenue growth along with the Delivery partner of the India Staffing vertical.
- Design and articulate a proposition for customers, and develop a deep understanding of their needs and expectations.
- Prior experience in selling through MSPs, working with VMS-based clients, and selling T&M, SOW, and Payrolling services is highly preferred.
Requirements:
- Professional competency and drive to succeed.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and design a proposition for customers.
- Ability to pick up basic concepts in technology and various industry domains.
