Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Vendor Acquisition and Onboarding: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the vendor acquisition and onboarding process from start to finish. This includes meeting with suitable vendors, assessing their products, inquiring about their services, negotiating pricing, and communicating any product or service-related concerns.
  2. Venue Acquisition and Onboarding: Additionally, the Senior Partnership Development Executive will manage the venue acquisition and onboarding process, which involves meeting with suitable venues, assessing their products, inquiring about their services, negotiating pricing, and addressing any concerns.
  3. Team Leadership: The role requires managing a team of vendor acquisition professionals to achieve objectives and goals. This involves coordinating field visits, meetings with vendors, site visits with clients, arranging vendor-client meetings (planning sessions, food tastings, site visits, etc.), and providing guidance and support as needed.
  4. Vendor Selection and Negotiation: The Senior Partnership Development Executive will also support the wedding planning team in finding the right vendors based on client requirements, checking availability, collecting quotations, and handling negotiations for various events.
  5. Market Research and Analysis: The successful candidate will conduct research to identify market trends, price competitiveness, and service offerings to inform acquisition strategy and vendor negotiations.
  6. Service Expansion and Quality Improvement: The role involves working closely with wedding planners and vendors to expand service offerings and improve service quality.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in partnership development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and maintaining strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with the event planning industry and current market trends.
