About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Insights Advisor to join our CRM team. As a key member, you'll gather consumer intelligence and insights, conduct user research, and drive sales through outbound calls. This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication and sales skills, who thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Insights: Conduct outbound calls to gather customer feedback and insights.
- Sales and Engagement: Initiate sales conversations with potential customers, build rapport, and promote relevant CashKaro products.
- Customer Relationship Building: Capture and document customer details, purchase behaviors, and reactions to products.
- Product Updates: Stay updated on new products and inform customers about upcoming offers and launches.
- Customer Support: Address customer queries about products and services effectively.
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM (Words per Minute)
- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in tele-sales or a similar role
- Sales Track Record: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, preferably through phone sales
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and explain product features and services
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Hindi
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilience: Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle rejection professionally
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate, resolve issues, and handle customer complaints effectively
