Business Banking Specialist, Relationship Development Expert

Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new accounts (current and savings) from branch catchment areas.
- Source quality salary accounts from corporates.
- Activate accounts opened, link UPI, manage balances, and increase wallet share of banking products, including insurance, mortgages, unit-linked plans, systematic investment plans, and mutual funds.
- Participate in corporate induction and migration events around the catchment area.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to leverage existing SME relationships.
- Conduct low-cost micro-marketing activities around catchment areas for lead generation.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Graduation or post-graduation degree.
- Sales and networking skills.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset.
- IRDA and AMFI certification preferred, mandatory upon joining.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of banking operations.
- Computer and digital literacy.
- Strong network in the market.
