Overview:

  • The Accounts Executive plays a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. The role also entails performing Week-end, month-end, Quarter-end and year-end close processes, reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to collect, analyse, and interpret financial data for business decision-making purposes.
  • Developing and maintaining complex Excel-based financial models to aid in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Designing and implementing Excel tools to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
  • Providing support to the finance team in various ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and GST, TDS requirements is also essential.
  • Managing Branch Accounting, Vendor Payment (over 1000), Account Payable and Account Receivable with advanced excel and Tally Prime.
  • Client/Vendor Account Payable and Account Receivable Reconciliation.
  • Vending Charges deduction and TDS Deduction.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is required, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
