Global Travel Expense Coordinator

Job Overview:
The IMEA region is seeking a skilled Global Travel Expense Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing travel expense payments and ensuring accurate record-keeping within our iExpense system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process expense reports for justification, approval, and project codes.
- Work closely with BCD Travel to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payment.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to address payment roadblocks and maintain detailed payment trackers.
- Process invoices through the iProcurement system for multiple departments and project teams.
- Provide excellent numerical and budgeting skills, with a focus on maintaining accurate financial records.
- Proficient in online systems and accounting tools, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively autonomously.
Experience Required:
- Experience in accounts reconciliation and payment processing.
- Understanding of statements of accounts and billing cycles.
- Working with online systems and accounting tools.

Skills and Attributes:
