Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create high-performing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and product packaging designs that align with our brand identity and appeal to target audiences.
- Conceptualize, design, and deliver engaging static ad creatives for Meta Ads.
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to continuously test, analyze, and optimize creatives for improved CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
- Work on product packaging design, ensuring it meets brand standards and resonates with customers.
- Support the development of brand identity elements including logos, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Translate marketing briefs into visually compelling designs across digital and print formats.
- Stay updated with the latest design and advertising trends in e-commerce and D2C sectors.
- Maintain consistency in all deliverables by adhering to brand guidelines.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in e-commerce/D2C or digital-first brands.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-performing Meta ad creatives and packaging/branding work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
- An understanding of performance marketing metrics and how creative impacts them.
- The ability to balance creativity with functionality and business objectives.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or 3D packaging design.
