At Practicology, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Creative Project Leader to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will play a vital role in leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and exceed client expectations.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and organized individual with a passion for project management and creative problem-solving. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required standard.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, and account managers, to deliver high-quality work
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these objectives
  • Ensure that all projects are executed in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a creative agency or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in project management software, such as Asana or Trello
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
