A skilled and experienced professional is required to manage and maintain the Smartsheet platform.

• This role involves designing and optimizing dashboards and forms for business insights and data collection.
• The successful candidate will also configure and manage Smartsheet-Jira integrations for seamless project tracking and reporting.
• Advanced reporting solutions and analytics will be developed and maintained using Smartsheet.
• The administrator will oversee user management, workspace setup, access controls, and security measures.
• Stakeholders will be supported in translating business requirements into scalable Smartsheet solutions.
• Automated workflows, notifications, and approvals will be implemented and managed within Smartsheet.
• Governance, security, and compliance best practices will be upheld across Smartsheet environments.
• User training and support will be provided on dashboard, form, and reporting capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Smartsheet dashboards, forms, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Smartsheet-Jira integrations.
• Proven ability to design advanced reporting solutions.
• 4+ years of experience as a Smartsheet Administrator or advanced power user.
• Knowledge of Smartsheet automation, governance, and data management best practices.
