Global Intercompany Operations Director

As a key member of our finance team, the Global Intercompany Operations Director will oversee our intercompany financial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Transaction Management: Oversee the execution and recording of intercompany transactions, including billing, loans, and settlements.
- Balance Reconciliation: Ensure timely reconciliation of global intercompany balances, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
- Compliance and Control: Maintain robust internal controls over intercompany transactions to ensure financial policies and regulatory requirements are met.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide accurate and detailed reports on intercompany transactions and balances for monthly close processes and audit requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the key point of contact for all intercompany matters, facilitating communication and coordination among various global entities.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve intercompany processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting with a significant focus on intercompany accounting in a multinational corporation.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and expertise in financial software and ERP systems.
