    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
  • Education :
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience :
    • 5+ years of experience in .NET development with a strong understanding of .NET Core.
    • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role within an Agile/Scrum environment.
    • Proven experience managing and mentoring technical teams.
  • Technical Skills :
    • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and Web API development.
    • Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is beneficial.
  • Soft Skills :
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Certifications :
  • Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM, CSM) preferred.
  • Relevant .NET certifications are advantageous.
