About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact with our students, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist new and existing students with all inquiries, including course scheduling, billing, and technical issues. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer service inquiries while building a relationship with the customer.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as exceptional listening skills. You must also have an aptitude for web-based phone and database systems, and proficiency with computers is a must.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing outbound calls and answering incoming calls from customers, uncovering their needs, and resolving customer service inquiries.
  • Exceeding customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics, and issue resolution targets.
  • Accurately entering customer information into our database.
  • Navigating multiple software applications and technologies simultaneously.
  • Additional administrative duties as assigned.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English is required.
  • Good home office working environment with a quiet space, high-speed internet connection, and ability to activate webcam at all times.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for helping others.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to work independently, follow directions, and strong attention to detail.
