OIP Education Private Ltd. is a leading College Admission & Coaching consultancy based in Gurugram, offering comprehensive guidance throughout the admission cycle.

We are looking for a talented Digital Media Specialist to administer our IT system and social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement our social media strategy to achieve our marketing goals.
  • Define and track the most important social media KPIs.
  • Oversee and manage our social media content creation process.
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign and suggest improvements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Utilize social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to achieve our objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO and user engagement to suggest content optimization.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and influencers via social media.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members.
  • Manage our company's domain and subdomain.
  • Ability to work on Office 365 administrative features.
  • Ability to design, create, and optimize SharePoint Sites.
  • Ability to work with Zoho CRM, Forms, and other Zoho platforms.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with audience and buyer persona research.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good time-management and interpersonal skills.
  • Engineering Degree in Computer Sciences or relevant field.
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with visual communication principles.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint, Zoho CRM, Zoho Forms design and publishing.
