Oracle Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide expert-level technical support for sales and distribution modules within Oracle EBS R12.

\

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with a focus on troubleshooting production issues and implementing effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data load processes
  • Independently manage issue resolutions and customization enhancements in live Oracle EBS business flows
  • Provide expert-level technical support for sales and distribution modules, including order management, advanced pricing, shipping execution, inventory, accounts receivable, and trading community architecture
